T r The matter of giving notice to residents affected by zoning changes was dis- cussed. It was decided to discuss the matter at a latter date. Council policy on pylon signs was discussed with Mr. Howitz, Planning Board Chairman. Ordinance 661 was considered for the third reading. Mr. Roytel, Sunset Memor- ial Cemetery representative, appeared to discuss the proposed St. Anthony Office Park plat and the request of the Highway Department for consideration of setting a portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, aside for Highway #8 improve- ment. It was felt that the indefiniteness of the request made it impossible to determine how much of the property was necessary. The plat proposal was discussed at length with the developer, Buetow and Associates. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that Ordinance 66I be approved on third reading. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Crouse, Emond. Nay: Dougherty. Motion carried. Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the St. Anthony Office Park plat be given final approval subject to a 7' easement along • County Road C, being deeded to Hennepin County for road purposes. Motion carried. Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the Walbon plat be given final approval . Motion carried. Mayor O'Connor introduced Resolution #68-045 and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION 68-045 RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS. STREET IMPROVEMENT 1968-1, 1968-2, 1968-5; STORM SEWER RAMSEY COUNTY DITCH #2, #3. The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. Voting on the motion: Aye : O'Connor, Dougherty, Emond, Crouse, Springer. Nay: None. • Resolution declared adopted. Mayor O 'Connor introduced Resolution #68-044 and moved its adoption.
