It was decided to discuss the matter at a latter date. <br /> Council policy on pylon signs was discussed with Mr. Howitz, Planning Board <br /> Chairman. <br /> Ordinance 661 was considered for the third reading. Mr. Roytel, Sunset Memor- <br /> ial Cemetery representative, appeared to discuss the proposed St. Anthony <br /> Office Park plat and the request of the Highway Department for consideration <br /> of setting a portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, aside for Highway #8 improve- <br /> ment. It was felt that the indefiniteness of the request made it impossible <br /> to determine how much of the property was necessary. The plat proposal was <br /> discussed at length with the developer, Buetow and Associates. Motion by <br /> Councilman Emond and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that Ordinance 66I be approved <br /> on third reading. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Crouse, Emond. <br /> Nay: Dougherty. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the St. Anthony <br /> Office Park plat be given final approval subject to a 7' easement along <br /> • County Road C, being deeded to Hennepin County for road purposes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the Walbon <br /> plat be given final approval . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor O'Connor introduced Resolution #68-045 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION 68-045 <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND <br /> ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS. STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENT 1968-1, 1968-2, 1968-5; STORM SEWER <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY DITCH #2, #3. <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye : O'Connor, Dougherty, Emond, Crouse, Springer. <br /> Nay: None. <br /> • Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mayor O 'Connor introduced Resolution #68-044 and moved its adoption. <br />
