It was suggest- <br /> ed that we include the first paragraph of Section 4 on page 2 of the proposed <br /> ordinance and also in Section 6 the part identified as Item 5 on page 3. <br /> Edwina Wilk, a resident of the Village, spoke briefly on her having contacted <br /> various garbage collection companies regarding their services and garbage pick-up <br /> costs, etc. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Mayor Miedtke that we approve the first <br /> reading of Ordinance 1970-15 and that it be adopted. <br /> ORDINANCE 1970-15 <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SAN- <br /> ITARY STORAGE AND COLLECTION OF WASTE <br /> MATTER <br /> The Village Attorney read the Ordinance 1970-15 with the suggested changes. <br /> It was suggested that another section be added specifying that this ordinance is <br /> for residential garbage collection. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to amend the <br /> motion substituting in Section 6 the part identified as Item 1 for Item 5. <br /> Motion by Councilman Englund and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to table <br /> action on Ordinance 1970-15 indefinitely. <br /> Roll Call Voting: Crouse-No, Englund-Yes, Miedtke-No, Levandowski-Yes, Emond-No. <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Roll call voting on motion as amended: Crouse-Yes, Englund-No, Miedtke-Yes, <br /> Levandowski-No, Emond-Yes. <br /> Motion as amended carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to waive the <br /> second and third readings of Ordinance 1970-14 and that it be adopted. <br /> ORDINANCE 1970-14 <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR REGULATIONS <br /> AND CONTROL OF AIR POLLUTION, ADOPTING <br /> BY REFERENCE REGULATIONS OF THE MINNESOTA <br /> POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY, IMPOSING A <br /> PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEAL- <br /> ING SECTION 700.01 OF THE 1968 CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 1969-6 <br /> AND REPEALING SECTIONS 700.02, 700.03, <br /> 700.04, AND 700.05 OF THE 1968 CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES. <br />
