• 5 Councilman Sauer reported that the revised plans for the project as drawn up by the City Engineer had been presented at a meeting with Representative Sarna, State Highway officials and a member of the Attorney General 's staff, however, Omar Shabaz of T.A.P. and Councilman Haik reported they had been unable to get the final decision of the group and were unable to report whether MSA funding would be available for the new parkway design. They therefore requested that action be tabled on the proposal . Mr. Gerhard Bentler, 2900 Roosevelt Street; requested clarification of what the new proposal entailed and Councilman Stauffer tried to bring him up to date on the changes in the proposal . Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to table action on the rebuilding of 29th Avenue until the next regular Council meeting (later set for tlovember 4) . Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Shabaz said the committee would prefer having any follow up with state officials handled by members of the committee rather than by the City Manager as suggested by Mayor lliedtke. The meeting was recessed from 10: 10 to 10:30 P.M. A lengthy discussion of suggested revisions of Ordinance 1975-007 followed with most objection made to the period of time which must elapse before an Illegally parked vehicle can be removed from the city streets. Mr. Dulgar was requested to incorporate the Council 's suggestions into a newly revised version of the ordinance for presentation at the next Council meeting. Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to table action on Ordinance 1975-007 until a revised version can be prepared by the Manager. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Resolution 75-041 . RESOLUTION 75-041 A RESOLUTIOM MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt Resolution 75-042. RESOLUTIOM 75-042 A RESOLUTIOM MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET • Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sundland to change the dates of the regular monthly meetings of the Council to the first and third Tuesdays of M!ovember and December because of proximity of holidays and to designate the first Tuesday in January, 1976 as an organizational meeting of the Council .
