• 5 <br /> Councilman Sauer reported that the revised plans for the project as drawn <br /> up by the City Engineer had been presented at a meeting with Representative <br /> Sarna, State Highway officials and a member of the Attorney General 's staff, <br /> however, Omar Shabaz of T.A.P. and Councilman Haik reported they had been <br /> unable to get the final decision of the group and were unable to report <br /> whether MSA funding would be available for the new parkway design. They <br /> therefore requested that action be tabled on the proposal . <br /> Mr. Gerhard Bentler, 2900 Roosevelt Street; requested clarification of what <br /> the new proposal entailed and Councilman Stauffer tried to bring him up to <br /> date on the changes in the proposal . <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to table action <br /> on the rebuilding of 29th Avenue until the next regular Council meeting <br /> (later set for tlovember 4) . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Shabaz said the committee would prefer having any follow up with state <br /> officials handled by members of the committee rather than by the City Manager <br /> as suggested by Mayor lliedtke. <br /> The meeting was recessed from 10: 10 to 10:30 P.M. <br /> A lengthy discussion of suggested revisions of Ordinance 1975-007 followed <br /> with most objection made to the period of time which must elapse before an <br /> Illegally parked vehicle can be removed from the city streets. Mr. Dulgar <br /> was requested to incorporate the Council 's suggestions into a newly revised <br /> version of the ordinance for presentation at the next Council meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to table action <br /> on Ordinance 1975-007 until a revised version can be prepared by the Manager. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt <br /> Resolution 75-041 . <br /> RESOLUTION 75-041 <br /> A RESOLUTIOM MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt <br /> Resolution 75-042. <br /> RESOLUTIOM 75-042 <br /> A RESOLUTIOM MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sundland to change the dates <br /> of the regular monthly meetings of the Council to the first and third Tuesdays <br /> of M!ovember and December because of proximity of holidays and to designate <br /> the first Tuesday in January, 1976 as an organizational meeting of the Council . <br />
