-3- <br /> 6) <br /> 3- <br /> 6) Trash control shall be located at the service area <br /> per site plan, "A" . <br /> 7) Letter of Credit shall be submitted before a <br /> building permit is released. <br /> 8) Landscaping shall be worked out with City staff and <br /> brought before the Council for review before an occu- <br /> pancy permit is issued. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> When Mr. Haggerty informed the Council that the prospective tenant <br /> for the proposed building is a printer, Mr . Fornell confirmed that <br /> a print shop is a conditionally permitted "C" use under the City <br /> Ordinapce and therefore can be considered an eligible "C" use under <br /> the PUD, subject to City staff review. At least three weeks should <br /> be allowed for such a review, he advised the developer. He replied <br /> to another query from the attorney by telling him any proposal for <br /> the development of the site north or south of the approved portion <br /> must be presented for Planning Board consideration. <br /> The Board recommendation that the alley through the Blanske property <br /> north of the Hedlund PUD site be vacated to allow the Blanske replat- <br /> ting as proposed was accepted with language expanded to establish <br /> the north boundary line as suggested by the City Attorney. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br /> adopt the resolution which grants approval of the vacation of that <br /> part of the alley platted in the Soo Marie Park Addition in Block 17, <br /> lying north of a line drawn between the southeast corner of Lot 25, <br /> said Block 17, and the southwest corner of Lot 6, said Block 17 , and <br /> south of the line drawn between the northeast corner of Lot 30 and <br /> the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7, finding, as did the Planning <br /> Board, the adjacent property owners are in agreement with the vaca- <br /> tion and no other property will be adversely affected and the vaca- <br /> tion is in the best interests of over all development quality and <br /> future consideration of the property. <br /> RESOLUTION 79-067 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br /> AN ALLEY IN SOO MARIE PARK ADDITION. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> There was also Council concurrence with the Board recommendation of <br /> approval of the replatting of the Blanske property which also incor- <br /> porates the vacation of the alley. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to approve the preliminary plat as proposed by Bernard Blanske in <br /> the survey dated August 7, 1979 , and revised August 28, 1979 , agree- <br /> ing with the Planning Board the lot sizes meet the requirements of <br />
