Councilman Sauer saw the BRW proposal as the more <br /> professional of the two and it was agreed that company probably had <br /> more insight regarding the problems experienced in that area through <br /> their work on the Comprehensive Plan even though that facet of the <br /> study had not been authorized because of cost. <br /> Motion by Mayor Haik and seconded by Councilman Sauer to accept the <br /> BRW proposal for a traffic study of the area east of Silver Lake <br /> Road and west of Highcrest Road, lying between 33rd Avenue N.E. and <br /> 37 Avenue N.E. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The couple who are taking over the restaurant facilities in the <br /> Northgate Motel appeared to discuss their request for the necessary <br /> licenses for that operation. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Mayor Haik to grant <br /> the licenses necessary for the Fifth Wheel Restaurant, 2526 Highway 88 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
