• contacted the State Dept. of Administration who issues the hardware, and they confirmed <br /> its compliance. They indicated that they would send out a TXT for confirmation. <br /> Cost for new emulation software unknown. <br /> State Computer System (MNCIS/NCIC) - Mission critical area that is also out of our <br /> control. I have seen many tests, etc. on teletypes indicating movement toward <br /> compliance. <br /> Defibrillators—Per Survivalink,they are complaint. No cost. <br /> Intoxilyzor—Per BCA, the Intoxilyzor is compliant. No cost. <br /> Phone System/Voice Mail—Per ESI, our system is 2000 complaint. No cost. <br /> Wireless Communications—Attempting to get compliance information. Should have <br /> no cost. <br /> Miscellaneous—Security cameras,time-lapse VCRs,video printers, fax machines, <br /> photocopiers,video cameras, etc., should not be affected as date and time are manually <br /> driven. <br /> • <br /> 2 <br />
