-5- <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Sorenson. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Sorenson <br /> Nay: Dougherty, Springer <br /> Absent not voting: Bailey <br /> Resolution not adopted. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced a Resolution and moved that it be adopted, <br /> with stipulation that the storm water diversion as proposed is resolved. <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING 1967 STREET IMPROVEMENT, <br /> ITEM #59 ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD FROM STINSON <br /> BOULEVARD TO SILVER LAKE ROAD. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Springer, Sorenson <br /> Nay: O'Connor <br /> Absent not voting: Bailey <br /> Resolution ordering improvement not adopted for lack of 4/5 majority. <br /> • Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 67-025 and mo%ed that it <br /> be adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 67-025 <br /> RESOLUTION NOT ORDERING 1967 STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> ITEM #6 ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD FROM SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> TO EAST VILLAGE LIMITS. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Sorenson <br /> Nay: Springer <br /> Absent not voting: Bailey <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Mayor declared a ten minute recess at 10:40 P.M. and the meeting was <br /> reconvened at 10:50 P.M. All present who answered opening meeting roll call. <br /> The next item to be considered was the proposed Improvement of 33rd Ave. N.E. <br /> Mayor O'Connor explained the alternate project cost for bituminous surfacing <br /> as presented in a report by DeWayne Olson, Comstock and Davis. Mr. Virgil <br /> Gottwalt requested an explanation of the sub-base cost. The Village engineer <br /> explained the onyineering principal involved. Mr. Paul Kalina asked the <br /> Ful the 9 ton roadway and the engineer explained that the traffic <br /> warranted such a weight design. Mr .
