Councilman Dougherty introduced a Resolution and moved that it be adopted, with stipulation that the storm water diversion as proposed is resolved. RESOLUTION ORDERING 1967 STREET IMPROVEMENT, ITEM #59 ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD FROM STINSON BOULEVARD TO SILVER LAKE ROAD. The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer. RESOLUTION NO. 67-025 RESOLUTION NOT ORDERING 1967 STREET IMPROVEMENT ITEM #6 ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD FROM SILVER LAKE ROAD TO EAST VILLAGE LIMITS. The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. Mayor O'Connor explained the alternate project cost for bituminous surfacing as presented in a report by DeWayne Olson, Comstock and Davis. Mr. Virgil Gottwalt requested an explanation of the sub-base cost. The Village engineer explained the onyineering principal involved.
