r_ -5- Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the appoint- ment of Carol Johnson as Treasurer effective June 1, 1968, be approved and that her name be placed on all checks or warrants drawn against the Village of St. Anthony from said date. Motion Carried. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Emond that the Minneapolis Gas Company extension proposal North of 33rd Avenue N.E. on Edwards St. be approved. Motion Carried. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the motion setting the date of July 9, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock P.M . for the meeting of the Board of Review be amended to July 11 , 1968, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. Motion Carried. Motion by Mayor O 'Connor and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the engineer's certificate payable to Layne of Minnesota in the amount of $5441.62 for repair of Well #5 be approved. Motion Carried. • Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond that the engin- eer's Certificate in the amount of $94.18 for engineering services for the repair of Well #5 be approved. Motion Carried. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the engineer's Certificate in the amount of $97.49 for Village engineering services be approved. Motion Carried. Motion by Mayor O 'Connor and seconded by Councilman Emond that the engineer's Certificate in the amount of $443.25 for Village engineering services be approved. Motion Carried. Motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the engineer's Certificate in the amount of $84.67 for inspection repair Well #5 be approved. Motion Carried.
