ANTHONY BOULEVARD FROM STINSON BOULEVARD <br /> TO THE EAST VILLAGE LIMITS . <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond <br /> Nay : None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Ordinance Pilo. 661 was introduced for first reading. <br /> Councilman Dougherty felt the area under consideration for zoning was too <br /> close to residential property and that there should be a boundary adjustment <br /> along Highway #8. <br /> Mr. Schroeder, Beutow and Associates, stated that there was a 10,000 sq. ft. , <br /> one story building planned for the corner. <br /> Councilman Dougherty stated that the western portion of the plat should be <br /> moved 100' to the East. <br /> Mr. Boytel, Sunset Memorial Cemetery, informed the Council that a 40' to 50' <br /> buffer strip was to be put in by the cemetery adjacent to the proposed dev- <br /> elopment. <br /> Mr. Schroeder felt that covenants would control the type of development of <br /> the area. <br /> Councilman Dougherty said that the west boundary could be moved to the East <br /> and compensate the property loss by contouring the streets. <br /> There being no further discussion, Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded by <br /> Councilman Emond that Ordinance 661 be approved at first reading. <br />
