-3- <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to give final <br /> approval to the Barrett Plat subject to the necessary corrections as indicated in <br /> the memorandum from the Village Attorney, and authorize the Mayor and Village <br /> Clerk to sign the plat on behalf of the Village. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that we table <br /> any action on the Planning Board ordinance indefinitely. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Ayes Crouse, Levandowski <br /> Nays Emond, Miedtke, Kukielka <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor Miedtke and seconded by Councilman Emond to table action on the <br /> Planning Board ordinance for two creeks. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Skully, representing Associated Developments Company, appeared requesting <br /> • waiving of platting on their property so that prospective buyers could get <br /> building permits. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Crouse to waive the sub- <br /> mission of the platting of the property owned by Associated Developments to the <br /> Planning Board and that a special meeting of the Council be called to take action <br /> on the plat when prepared. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Comstock, Village Engineer, appeared giving a report on work being done in the <br /> Village. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Kukielka to endorse the <br /> action taken by Comstock and Davis in regard to work being done by NSP in the <br /> Village. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to authorize the <br /> Village Manager to contact the Ramsey County Engineer to present plans for the <br /> upgrading of 37th Avenue N.E. east to Foss Road, 29th Avenue N.E. east to County <br /> Road C and Silver Lane and Silver Lake Road. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Mr. Stark from the St. Charles Home and School Association appeared requesting <br /> permission to put up a five foot fence of #9 wire on the 27th Avenue side of the <br /> St. Charles playground on the Village right of way. <br />
