' -2- <br /> form <br /> 2-form of the scenic easement on file in the Village of St. Anthony". <br /> Also it was suggested that the ordinance be changed to read that the zoning be <br /> valid for a period of 18 months from the passing of the ordinance rather than <br /> "two years". <br /> The second reading of the ordinance was by the Village Attorney. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Emond introduced Resolution 70-020 approving the Barrett Plat with the <br /> easements for drainage and utilities, 'and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION #70-020 <br /> RESOLUTION GIVING FINAL APPROVAL TO <br /> THE BARRETT PLAT <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Crouse, Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Mayor ordered that the minutes of the Human Relations Advi-sory Committee <br /> • Meeting of May 25, 1970 be filed. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to table action on <br /> reconsideration of the replatting of the Lowell Gearhart property until the next <br /> council meeting and asked the Village Attorney to check further into this matter. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond directing the Village <br /> Manager and Harry Lekson, the Building Inspector, to prepare a statement for the <br /> press to the effect that from now on all properties to be subdivided have to be <br /> replatted with explanations from the Village Manager, the Village Attorney and the <br /> Building Inspector. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Skully, representing Associated Developments, appeared requesting building <br /> permits for prospective buyers as soon as possible while the property is being <br /> replatted. No further action was taken on this matter at this time. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded, by Councilman Levandowski directing the <br /> Village Manager to notify Mrs. Carrol regarding the Foss Road sewer hook-up that <br /> July 15th is the cut-off date for living in that house without evidence of contract <br /> or the installation of proper plumbing and hook-up, the reason being sanitary <br /> purposes and the health and welfare of the people. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that we deny the <br />
