The Board Chairman was assured his <br /> group would be provided at least a copy of the book as reference material. <br /> Mr. Allan Davidson of Medtronics Inc. appeared to discuss with the Council the <br /> removal of the temporary office building which his company two years previously <br /> had been granted permission to use to temporarily house personnel on the <br /> property on Highway 8. He requested that the company be granted permission to <br /> leave the trailer in its present location until the weather would permit its <br /> removal. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer that Medtronics <br /> be directed to remove the trailer on their property within the 90 days and that <br /> they be officially advised of these directions and provided with copies of the <br /> evening's minutes dealing with the matter. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • Nancy Reeves of the Metropolitan Council appeared and explained the new Federal <br /> rent subsidy program whereby the City could participate in the Federal lower <br /> income housing program with the Metro Council serving as the City's Housing <br /> and Redevelopment Agency. She explained how the program was intended to utilize <br /> 1 <br />
