Jamboree until more specifics are forthcoming. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Vickrey agreed with Barbara W. Kaufman, Director of Licensing for <br /> the State of Minnesota, that the $10 .00 application fee which Mrs. <br /> Kathleen Stanley had been charged for a conditional use permit for a <br /> day care center should be returned to her because her facility is a <br /> day care home rather than a day care center as it is described in the <br /> City Zoning Ordinance which requires such a permit. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik and seconded by Councilman Sundland to auth- <br /> orize the staff to refund the application fee of $10 .00 for a condition- <br /> al use permit for a day care center to Mrs . Kathleen Stanley, 3012 39th <br /> Avenue N.E. , because her home is to be a day care home rather than a <br /> day care center. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to re- <br /> quest the City Attorney to revise the St. Anthony Zoning Ordinance as <br /> it relates to day care centers and homes . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The meeting was recessed at 8: 25 P.M. and resumed at 8 : 45 P.M. to hear <br /> Councilman Stauffer's suggestion that the residents of the City should <br /> be commended for their cooperation during the recent strike. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to <br /> commend the City residents for their cooperation and understanding <br /> during the work stoppage. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> In preparation for the Attorney's rewriting the City licensing ordin- <br /> ance and fee schedule the Council went over the recommendations for <br /> revision as presented by Mr. Fornell in his memo of February 3, 1977 . <br /> Directions from the Council will be incorporated into the new ordinance <br /> which will again be considered at the next regular Council meeting. <br /> Because the next scheduled meeting of the Council is in conflict with <br /> the Mid Season Legislative Conference, the following motion was made: <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Sauer to can- <br /> cel the Council ' s February 22, 1977 and instead to hold Council <br /> meetings on March 1st, 15th and 29th with the Staff instructed to have <br /> the changes posted and published. <br /> (4) <br />
