ORDINANCE 1979-001 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CITY PERSONNEL <br /> • AND ESTABLISHING A BASIC PERSONNEL POLICY, REPEALING <br /> SECTION 135 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Council members indicated whether they would be able to attend the League <br /> of Minnesota Cities legislative conference March lst and the meeting in <br /> Columbia Heights with Congressman Sabo, both of which activities are re- <br /> lated to the Minnesota Cities Week observance. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt the <br /> resolution which affirms the City's participation in the Minnesota Cities <br /> Week. <br /> RESOLUTION 79-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF PARTICIPATION IN MINNESOTA CITIES WEEK <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Fornell gave the reasons for Resolution 79-015 which approves the St. <br /> Anthony Office Park Second Addition plat. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to adopt <br /> Resolution 79-015. <br /> • RESOLUTION 79-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ST. ANTHONY <br /> OFFICE PARK, SECOND ADDITION PLAT <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Rock 'N Roll marathon sponsored by the St. Anthony Health Center March <br /> lst was announced by Mayor Haik who had issued a proclamation regarding <br /> the event. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Sauer to affirm the <br /> Proclamation of the Rock 'N Roll. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The job classification and salary administration program prepared with the <br /> assistance of Stanton Associates, Inc. was discussed with Mr. Fornell who <br /> assured Councilman Ranallo that perfromance reviews of the supervisory and <br /> administrative staff should be made in the fall so retroactive pay raises <br /> can be avoided. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Mayor Haik to adopt Resolution <br /> 79-016 . <br /> RESOLUTION 79-016 <br /> • A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOB <br /> CLASSIFICATION/SALARY ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> (2) <br />
