Martenson Mannor <br /> The idea of this project would be to have a four unit building <br /> modeled after the one on 33rd and Stinson. It would cater to the <br /> 55+ community in St Anthony due to the floor plan. Because the <br /> lot on Chelmsford is so large, we could make each unit in this <br /> building 24 x 45 equaling 1050 square feet all on one level. 3 <br /> bedroom, 2 bath units with a 2 car tuck under garage. <br /> This project would benefit the city in many ways. Currently there <br /> is an old not so good looking "farm house" on a huge lot that <br /> cannot be split only because of a large NSP easement. This would <br /> significantly improve the neighborhood setting. It would also be a <br /> significant tax increase for the city and there are multi family and <br /> mixed use buildings on the north side of 37th, so the plan would fit <br /> in perfectly. <br /> Thank you for your consideration on this matter. <br /> Troy Martenson <br /> Martenson Enterprises <br />
