The sidewalk 7 is interrupted at the location of the proposed building and 8 the adjacent vacant lot. 9 10 The Executive Director advised that the City's Road Task Force 11 is currently looking for locations for sidewalk. Members of 12 the Task Force have recommended that sidewalks be located on 13 busy thoroughfares. The Executive Director noted that there is 14 seldom dense traffic in the area Mrs. Nelson mentioned. The 15 traffic increases only at two times during the day and has 16 less than 600 cars each day. 17 18 RECESS OF THE H.R.A. MEETING 19 20 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to recess the H.R.A. Meeting 21 to be reconvened at the conclusion of the Regular Council 22 Meeting. 23 24 RECONVENING OF THE H.R.A. MEETING 25 0 The H.R.A. Meeting was reconvened at 8:35 p.m. 28 The H.R.A. Attorney advised that the agreement includes 29 demolition of an existing building and gives the buyers the 30 option to purchase an additional adjacent lot. 31 32 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution No. 33 1993-002 being a resolution relating to 1993-1 amendment to 34 redevelopment plan for redevelopment projet area No. 3 - 35 Ramsey County, and the redevelopment project to be undertaken 36 pursuant thereto and tax increment financing plan for tax 37 increment financing District No. 4 - Ramsey County; approving 38 1993-1 amendment to redevelopment plan for redevelopment plan 39 for redevelopment project area No. 3 - Ramsey County and the 40 redevelopment project to be undertaken pursuant thereto, tax 41 increment financing plan for tax increment financing district 42 No. 4 - Ramsey County and the establishment of tax increment 43 financing district No. 4 - Ramsey County, and requesting the 44 approval of the City Council. 45 46 47 Motion carried unanimously 48 49 50 ri U
