REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />9 A. Resolution 08 -072, Administrative Lot Combination for 3534 Harding Street <br />10 <br />11 Mr. Brian Heinis, Planning Commission Member, provided a report on the administrative lot <br />12 combination for 3534 Harding Street. He stated the Planning Commission was in agreement with <br />13 the lot combination and there were no comments in opposition of the lot combination. <br />14 <br />15 Mayor Faust noted for the public that the house was removed from the two parcels in this <br />16 location. The purpose of the lot combination is that the owner plans to build a new house on the <br />17 lot, which must be 9,000 square feet in size. <br />18 <br />19 Mr. Heins stated the one comment made by the Commission was that the City should work in <br />20 good faith to ensure that the landowner is not delayed due to any delays resulting from the <br />21 County and the tonens process used to combine the parcels. <br />22 <br />23 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt Resolution 08- <br />24 072, Administrative Lot Combination for 3534 Harding Street. <br />25 <br />26 Motion carried unanimously. <br />27 <br />28 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />29 <br />30 A. Consider Resolution 08-073, of the 2008 Comprehensive Plan <br />31 <br />32 Mr. Bill Weber, McComb, Frank and Roos, provided a presentation on the Draft City of St. <br />33 Anthony Comprehensive Plan Update dated October 2008. <br />34 <br />35 Councilmember Stille questioned the effect of the increased population estimate included in the <br />36 current Comprehensive Plan Update. Mr. Weber replied some of the figures in the last chapter of <br />37 the Water Resources Plan were changed in relation to the expected outflow of waste water to <br />38 correspond with the increased population. Also, a small property on the northeast end of the City <br />39 was changed from the current land use of Commercial to a possible land use of Housing or <br />40 Commercial in the future. The landowner of this parcel has been to the City inquiring about a <br />41 possible land use change. <br />42 <br />43 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt Resolution 08- <br />44 073, Adoption of the 2008 Comprehensive Plan. <br />45 <br />46 Motion carried unanimouslv. <br />
