2015 Annual Report • Administration • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br /> <br />SHARED BUILDING INSPECTION SERVIC ES <br />WITH CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />In 2015, St. Anthony entered into an agreement with <br />the City of New Brighton for building inspection <br />services. Seamlessly for those needing inspection <br />services, instead of calling the former contracted <br />inspection service and leaving a voicemail, a “live” <br />voice officed in the City of New Brighton will schedule the needed appointments. Permit s <br />continue to be picked up and dropped off at St. Anthony City Hall. <br /> <br />SHARED HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) POSITION WITH <br />MISSISSIPPI WATERSHED MANAGEMENT <br />ORGANIZATION (MWMO) <br />In 2015, the City of St. Anthony and the Mississippi Watershed <br />Management Organization amended our shared services agreement <br />for the City to provide financial services, and added to the agreement <br />a shared full-time Human Resources position. All costs are split <br />equally between the City and MWMO. <br /> <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY ADMINISTRATION OF CITY OF ANTHONY’S ELECTIONS <br />In 2015, the City of St. Anthony started contracting with Ramsey County Elections for <br />administration of elections for all three precincts in St. Anthony. Ramsey County Elections <br />provides specialized election administration services for multiple cities. Ramsey County now <br />provides general election administrative duties including publications, maintenance and <br />storage of election equipment and supplies, planning and organizing of <br />election day duties, compilation of election results, record retention and <br />other election related duties. <br />
