These <br />facts will become critically important when examining policies and practices moving forward. <br />HOUSING <br />St. Anthony has a strong housing stock. Although it is aging, overall the housing is well <br />maintained. The median home value is $224,000 (ACS) and the median rent is $974 per month. <br />The housing stock is stable, although with increasing land values as a percentage of total value <br />increasing.
