Building poured concrete or concrete block wall dikes. <br />WHEREAS, no funds will be available for decorating, carpeting or remodeling needed as <br />result of flood damage; and <br />WHEREAS, only flood damaged areas may be improved. The cost and ,type of improvement <br />must be reasonable. The reasonableness will be determined by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Section IV of the guidelines, beginning on Page 2 delineates program <br />procedures. Administrative costs would be paid by the annual funding <br />allocation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby approves the proposed Flood Relief Grant Program guidelines and allocates $100,000 <br />of storm water utility funds for the program, based on the following: <br />Adopted <br />ATTEST <br />A. The proposed Flood Relief Program is another tool to assist residential <br />property owners in dealing with unwanted runoff water. <br />B. Funding is available from the storm water utility fund and is identified in <br />the Storm Water Capital Improvement Program. <br />C.
