ANTHONY 1 <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 2 <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 2018 3 <br /> 4 <br />CALL TO ORDER. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 7 <br /> 8 <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 11 <br /> 12 <br />ROLL CALL. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Randle and Stille. 15 <br />Absent: None. 16 <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, CTV Executive Director Dana Healy, St. Anthony 17 <br />Kiwanis Member Tom Miller, Finance Director Shelly Rueckert, Planning 18 <br />Commissioner Meridith Socha, and City Engineer Todd Hubmer. 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 22 <br />ITEMS. 23 <br /> 24 <br />I. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve the City 27 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 11, 2018 as presented. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 30 <br /> 31 <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 32 <br /> 33 <br />A. Introduction of CTV North Suburbs new Executive Director. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mayor Faust introduced Ms. Dana Healy, the new Executive Director for CTV North Suburbs. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Ms. Healy stated she has been in the position for two months. The main goal of CTV is to 38 <br />provide strong value and communication to the community. A survey was sent out recently and 39 <br />she is anxious to see the results. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Faust stated Councilmember Gray has been the liaison for the City Council. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Councilmember Gray stated he and Ms. Healy met yesterday. There was a work session last 44 <br />week and the proposal was a balanced budget. He is excited about the new direction. 45 <br /> 46 <br />B. Presentation by Tom Miller, St. Anthony Kiwanis 47 <br /> 48 <br />5
