The Tech Dump & Fix-It Clinic will be 4 <br />held Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the St. Anthony Community 5 <br />Center. 6 <br /> 7 <br />The Sustainability Fair will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at 8 <br />the St. Anthony Community Center. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Ms. Minette Saulog can be reached at minette.saulog@savmn.com or 612-782-3340. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Councilmember Jenson thanked Ms. Saulog for her enthusiasm. Resolution 18-070 a resolution Designating Polling Places for the 2019 Election Year. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the Consent 24 <br />Agenda items. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 27 <br /> 28 <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS - NONE. 29 <br /> 30 <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF – NONE. 31 <br /> 32 <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 33 <br /> 34 <br />A. Presentation of Capital Funds 2019 – 2023 & 2024-2035. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Finance Director Rueckert provided a PowerPoint presentation reviewing the 2019 – 2035 37 <br />capital funds. The presentation reviewed capital fund parameters, capital funds, equipment and 38 <br />fleet, building improvements, storm water improvements, park improvements, utilities 39 <br />infrastructure improvements, streets infrastructure improvements. Ms. Rueckert reviewed each 40 <br />fund in detail. A chart showing the debt levy relief program’s 6th year which mitigates the year to 41 <br />year debt levy increase. Program to date has reduced $1,722,509 from cumulative debt levies. 42 <br />Ms. Rueckert noted the 2019 – 2035 capital funds document is available on the City Website. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Councilmember Gray stated he appreciates everything Ms. Rueckert does, noting she has made 45 <br />the finances very transparent to the taxpayers. 46 <br />2
