Resolution 19-016; a Resolution Approving the Northeast Youth and Family Services 9 <br />agreement. 10 <br />E. Resolution 19-017; a Resolution Designating Mayor Faust as a participant in Outside 11 <br />Organizations for 2019. 12 <br />F. Resolution 19-018; a Resolution Designating Councilmember Stille as a participant in 13 <br />Outside Organizations for 2019. 14 <br />G. Resolution 19-019; a Resolution Designating Councilmember Gray as a participant in 15 <br />Outside Organizations for 2019. 16 <br />H. Request for Special Event for the 1st Annual Village WinterFest on March 2, 2019 with 33 <br />approval of temporary liquor license for the event. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mr. Chad Gillard, co-leader of the Voyagers, a St. Anthony Village based service organization of 36 <br />fathers and their K-2 aged children. There are 65-70 active families in the program. The 37 <br />Voyagers are requesting: 38 <br /> Use of Central Park Pavilion on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 39 <br /> Approval of a temporary liquor license (VillageFest being applicant) in the Central Park 40 <br />Pavilion on March 2, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 41 <br /> 42 <br />It was noted that with Council approval, the Voyagers will be hosting the 1st Annual Village 43 <br />WinterFest on March 2, 2019 in conjunction with VillageFest. The purpose is to create a free, 44 <br />fun winter-themed event for the entire community/public, and also raise awareness and funds for 45 <br />Nourish 282 and VillageFest.
