Resolution 19 -037; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance 2019 -05. <br />22 <br />23 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to adopt Resolution 19- <br />24 037; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance 2019 -05. <br />25 <br />26 Councilmember Stille gave an overview of the actions taken by the Council tonight regarding the <br />27 Small Wireless Facilities and the 5G services coming to the City. He stated that the City cannot <br />28 say no to these but the City does want to control the aesthetics and the healthy and safety of <br />29 residents with this additional equipment. <br />30 <br />31 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />32 <br />33 VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />34 <br />35 City Manager Casey reported that on April 4, 2019, he had the honor of accompanying Police <br />36 Chief Mangseth to a press conference that was held regarding sexual assault response. He gave a <br />37 brief overview of what was covered at the press conference and noted that it highlighted how the <br />38 City works well with both Ramsey County and Hennepin County. <br />39 <br />40 Councilmember Stille stated that on March 29, 2019, he and Mayor Faust met with Senator <br />41 Laine to talk about what is going on in the City. He stated that on April 4, 2019, there was a <br />42 Community Services Board meeting. <br />43 <br />44 Councilmember Gray stated he had no report. <br />45 <br />46 Councilmember Randle stated he had no report. <br />
