Public Works
5 Director Hai limn explained that road restrictions are usually lifted by the end of May.
6
7 Chair Jindra asked if they would have a revised schedule that would include the specifics of the project.
8 Public Works Director Hartman stated that a schedule was provided at the last meeting.
9
10 Commissioner Jensen referenced the central air conditioning and the gas valve and expressed concerns
11 stating that it should be protected. Public Works
12 Director Hartman explained that he discussed this issue with Mr. Forbrook stating that Mr. Forbrook
13 assured him that the area would be fenced and landscaped.
14
15 Chair Jindra suggested that for the next meeting the Commission meet again at the Central Park site at
16 6:30 p.m. for a park tour and resume with a general meeting after the tour. She confirmed that the next
17 meeting would be May 12, 2003.
18
19 Commissioner Ganley stated he had two items. He referenced the pathways and asked if there was a
20 way to indicate the distances. Chair Jindra stated that she discussed the pathways with George Marks
adding that he had estimated the distance was approximately two miles. She agreed that it would be
2.2, interesting to know the exact distance.
23
24 Chair Jindra referenced the new grass area stating that over the weekend she noticed children playing in
25 the area. She expressed concerns stating that something should be placed around that area to keep the
26 residents off the grass.
