City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />September 22, 2020 <br />Page 3 <br />1 do not change. This year Hennepin County asked for a one-year extension and he was sure that <br />2 next year a more thorough review will be done. <br />3 <br />4 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve Resolution <br />5 20-068; a Resolution Approving the Hennepin County Residential Recycling SCORE Grant <br />6 Agreement Amendment. <br />7 <br />8 Motion carried 5-0. <br />9 <br />10 B. Resolution 20-069; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International <br />11 Association of Fire Fighters Local 3486 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department <br />12 Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />13 <br />14 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. <br />15 <br />16 Mayor Stille indicated Mr. Yunker mentioned to him earlier that this is the final year of the five- <br />1 7 year health insurance contract too. Mr. Yunker explained that was correct and the City <br />18 participates with a number of other cities to go out for bid for health insurance collectively in <br />19 order to get better rates and 2021 will be the fifth year of a five-year contract for that. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve <br />22 Resolution 20-069; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International <br />23 Association of Fire Fighters Local 3486 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department <br />24 Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />25 <br />26 Motion carried 5-0. <br />27 <br />28 C. Resolution 20-070; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the Law <br />29 Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. #186 Representing the St. Anthony Police Department <br />30 Licensed Employees, and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />31 <br />32 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. <br />33 <br />34 Councilmember Randle asked if the two percent cost of living increase is across the board. Mr. <br />35 Yunker stated that was correct. <br />36 <br />37 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve Resolution <br />38 20-070; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Services, <br />39 Inc. #186 Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees and the City of <br />40 St. Anthony Village. <br />41 <br />42 Motion carried 5-0. <br />43 <br />44 D. Resolution 20-071; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International <br />45 Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 49 AFL-CIO Representing the St. Anthony <br />46 Public Works Department Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />
