Resolution 20-069; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International 11 Association of Fire Fighters Local 3486 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department 12 Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. 13 14 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. 15 16 Mayor Stille indicated Mr. Yunker mentioned to him earlier that this is the final year of the five- 1 7 year health insurance contract too. Mr. Yunker explained that was correct and the City 18 participates with a number of other cities to go out for bid for health insurance collectively in 19 order to get better rates and 2021 will be the fifth year of a five-year contract for that. 20 21 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve 22 Resolution 20-069; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International 23 Association of Fire Fighters Local 3486 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department 24 Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. 25 26 Motion carried 5-0. 27 28 C. Resolution 20-070; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the Law 29 Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. #186 Representing the St. Anthony Police Department 30 Licensed Employees, and the City of St. Anthony Village. 31 32 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. 33 34 Councilmember Randle asked if the two percent cost of living increase is across the board. Mr. 35 Yunker stated that was correct. 36 37 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve Resolution 38 20-070; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Services, 39 Inc. #186 Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees and the City of 40 St. Anthony Village. 41 42 Motion carried 5-0. 43 44 D. Resolution 20-071; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International 45 Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 49 AFL-CIO Representing the St. Anthony 46 Public Works Department Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village.
