The use of zoom meetings has become the 4 <br />norm. Mayor Stille asked if other cities are handling meetings in the same hybrid method as St. 5 <br />Anthony. PUBLIC HEARING. 23 <br /> 24 <br />2021 Street and Utility Improvement Project 25 <br /> 26 <br />Mayor Stille stated the public hearing will cover all three of the resolutions, however each will 27 <br />have a separate vote. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Stille opened the public hearing at 7:35 p.m. 30 <br /> 31 <br />City Engineer Justin Messner provided a power point presentation. The locations for the 32 <br />Proposed Street & Utility Improvement Project are Skycroft Drive (32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue) 33 <br />and Croft Drive (32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue. 34 <br /> 35 <br />The proposed Mill and Overlay Improvement Project locations are 31st Avenue (Rankin Road to 36 <br />Old Hwy 8), Croft Drive (Rankin Road to 31st Avenue), 29th Avenue (Stinson Boulevard to 37 <br />Silver Lake Road) and St. Anthony Boulevard (Stinson Boulevard to Kenzie Terrace). 38 <br /> 39 <br />The Proposed Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvements are located at the Foss Road Lift Station. 40 <br />These costs will not be assessed to the residents. This project is due to the needed capacity for 41 <br />Silver Lake Village for the additional 400 units of residential. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Mr. Messner reviewed the common construction concerns being Tree Impacts, Turf and 44 <br />Driveway Restoration, Driveway Access Maintained except during utility installation in front of 45 <br />home, wet weather, curb and driveway paving, and parking on roadways not under construction. 46 <br />2
