City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />September 27, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />1 Councilmember Walker asked about CPR courses for certification. Chief Sitarz stated there have <br />2 been certification classes and hands-on classes. Nothing is scheduled currently. <br />3 <br />4 Councilmember Randle asked why fires mostly start at night. Chief Sitarz stated that would be <br />5 when people are sleeping they are most dangerous. <br />6 <br />7 Councilmember Jenson asked about the practice burn in the parking lot for the Open House and <br />8 asked if this was the first time for that presentation. Chief Sitarz stated the presentation will be at <br />9 2:30 p.m. with a trailer that has been used by multiple departments. Councilmember Jenson <br />10 stated over the years the presentations have been very good. <br />11 <br />12 Mayor Stille thanked Chief Sitarz and Mattie for the presentation. Mayor Stille considers the <br />13 Open House a community event. <br />14 <br />15 III.CONSENT AGENDA. <br />16 <br />A.17 Approval of September 13, 2022 City Council Meeting Minutes. <br />B.18 Licenses and Permits. <br />C.19 Claims. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Walker, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the <br />22 Consent Agenda items. <br />23 <br />24 Motion carried 5-0. <br />25 <br />26 IV.PUBLIC HEARING – NONE. <br />27 <br />28 V.REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF – NONE. <br />29 <br />30 VI.GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />31 <br />A.32 Ordinance 2022-06 – An Ordinance Amending the St. Anthony City Code, by Amending <br />33 Section 150.070, Relating to Allowable Residential Fence Height and Measurement. <br />34 <br />35 City Manager Yunker reviewed the applicant (Mark Tomas, 3308 Skycroft Drive) regarding <br />36 fence height, was reviewed at the September 13, 2022 Council Meeting. At that time the motion <br />37 was to advance this ordinance to the second reading. <br />38 <br />39 <br />40 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve Second <br />41 Reading of Ordinance 2022-06 – An Ordinance Amending the St. Anthony City Code, by <br />42 Amending Section 150.070, Relating to Allowable Residential Fence Height and Measurement. <br />43 <br />44 Motion carried 5-0. <br />45
