7   Adopt a Living Streets ordinance for water quality and provide support and guidance on installaƟon of these pracƟces. Living Streets are streets where people are acƟve, and nature is accommodated. According to the Metropolitan Council, Living Streets provide mulƟple modes of transportaƟon and reduce environmental impacts by having less impervious surfaces, managing stormwater, and providing shade. (Metropolitan Council, 2021a)  Reduce water usage at homes and businesses.   Reduce the amount of stormwater managed to reduce stress on the system and build resiliency.   Discussion: How do we leverage Comp Plan goals, water studies, etc. going forward without duplicaƟng efforts or making too many goals?  2 Placeholder for chosen iniƟaƟve      3 Placeholder for chosen iniƟaƟve
