AddiƟonal Outreach Ideas:  Host an ice‐cream social, or similar event to encourage people to complete a survey (June)  Collaborate with Community Services to reach out to families (June/July)  Meet with local organizaƟons to collect feedback from members (Kiwanis, Village Gardeners, church communiƟes, League of Women Voters, ECFE, Boosters) (June‐September)  Meet with residents during NaƟonal Night Out to promote engagement in the process (August)  Collaborate with SAMS and SAVHS Green Team to host discussion with students (September)  Collaborate with CFS and CERTS to host Sustainability Fair (September) Feedback AŌer the compleƟon of each communicaƟons event, you need to get feedback on whether or not it was successful. The success criteria you will measure against are listed in the next secƟon. Feedback Measures Implement measures to gain feedback on the level of success of the event to determine whether the right informaƟon was distributed to the right people at the right Ɵme. If the feedback was posiƟve and all of the criteria were met, then the event was a success.
