Claims. <br />Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda items. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - NONE. <br />REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF - NONE. <br />GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />A. Resolution 23-062 — Approving a Special Event Permit at 3701 Stinson Blvd NE on <br />December 11, 2023. <br />City Manager Charlie Yunker reviewed The Dive Sports Bar and Grill is requesting a special <br />event permit for December 11, 2023 at 3701 Stinson Blvd NE. This event will be in conjunction <br />with the Holiday Train. Staff has reviewed the special event request and finds it to be reasonable <br />and consistent with previous special events held in their parking lot in the past. Staff <br />recommends the amplified broadcast ends by 8:00 p.m. to comply with the noise ordinance and <br />that Mr. Bauman notifies the adjacent homeowners of the event due to the amplified <br />broadcasting of the game. <br />Motion by Councilmember Walker, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve <br />Resolution 23-062 — Approving a Special Event Permit at 3701 Stinson Blvd NE on December <br />11, 2023. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />B. Resolution 23-063 — Accepting Plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for <br />Bids for the 2024 Street Improvement Project <br />City Engineer Justin Messner reviewed this resolution approves the plans and specifications and <br />authorizes the advertisement for bids for the 2024 Street Improvement Project. The resolution <br />also includes miscellaneous construction consisting of Salo Park concrete replacement and Silver <br />Point Park improvements. <br />
