She asked how the <br />City could help with moving the Lowry BRT line forward. She extended her thanks to the County Board for approving funding for the Safe Community <br />Summit that will be held in May. She believed this would be an incredible opportunity for cities, school <br />districts, and partner organizations to come together and discuss shared systems. <br />B. Arbor Day Proclamation. <br />The Council read in full a proclamation declaring Friday, April 26, 2024 as Arbor Day and the month of <br />May as Arbor Month in St. Anthony Village. <br />C. Earth Day Proclamation. <br />The Council read in full a proclamation declaring Monday, April 22, 2024 as Earth Day in St. Anthony <br />Village. <br />III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Approve March 26, 2024, Council meeting minutes. <br />B. Licenses and permits. <br />C. Claims. <br />D. Resolution 24-028 — Resolution Accepting Grants and Donations Received — 01 2024. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Doolan, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda items. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />36 IV. Fire Annual Report. <br />43 <br />44 Fire Chief Diaz presented a PowerPoint presentation of the 2023 Annual Fire Report and <br />45 reviewed it in detail. The presentation included details on staffing levels, retirements, calls for <br />46 service noting there has been a 200% increase. He provided a breakdown on the types of calls, <br />
