Ms. Koscielak stated they will come back to repair. <br />15 <br />16 Councilmember Jenson asked if all notices have been sent out as to what the assessments will be <br />17 and Ms. Koscielak stated the notifications were sent out inviting them to the meeting today and <br />18 the amount of the assessment was included. Councilmember Jenson asked if there is more than <br />19 one group working on a street at once. Ms. Koscielak stated the deficient concrete will be <br />20 replaced and then the pavement will be patched back in. <br />21 <br />22 Councilmember Doolan asked if the overlay work has an impact on residential yards and Ms. <br />23 Koscielak stated the machine stays between the concrete curbs. Roosevelt will have all 4 inches <br />24 of overlay removed. Councilmember Doolan asked where the construction equipment is stored <br />25 during the weekends while not working. Ms. Koscielak stated it will be parked along the side of <br />26 the road avoiding drive-ways. <br />27 <br />28 Mayor Webster opened the public hearing at 7:38 p.m. <br />29 <br />30 Mr. Cody Holliday 3528 Skycroft Drive, representing the Park and Environmental Commission, <br />31 encouraged the Council to go ahead with the improvements at Salo and Silver Point Parks. The <br />32 accessibility park is slacking especially at Salo Park. <br />33 <br />34 There being no additional public input, Mayor Webster closed the public hearing at 7:40 p.m. <br />35 <br />36 Motion by Councilmember Doolan, seconded by Councilmember Stephens, to approve <br />37 Resolution 24-031 A Resolution Ordering Improvements for the 2024 Street Improvement <br />38 Project. <br />39 <br />40 Motion carried 5-0. <br />41 <br />42 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve Resolution <br />43 24-032 A Resolution Adopting and Confirming Assessments for the 2024 Street Improvement <br />44 Project. <br />45 <br />46 Motion carried 5-0. <br />13
