Coolidge St: St. Anthony Blvd to 291h Ave NE. <br />The Non -Assessable Proposed Project is: <br />Thin Maintenance Overlay <br />• Anthony Ln: 29`h Ave NE to Cul-De-Sac. <br />The Non -Assessable Proposed Improvements include: <br />Central Park <br />• Reclaim and Pave Trail. <br />• New Storm Sewer Installation. <br />St. Anthony Boulevard <br />• Overlay Existing Sidewalk. <br />Miscellaneous Maintenance <br />• Skycroft Drive Hydrant Replacement. <br />• Foss Road Lift Station Bypass Improvements. <br />Ms. Koscielak reviewed common construction concerns. The assessment policy for street <br />reconstruction includes Up to 30-foot-wide, 10-ton design roadway, properties assessed on a <br />front -foot basis, low -density residential — 35%, and high -density residential — 50%. The <br />assessment policy for mill and overlay of residential roads is Interior lots — 1 unit and corner lots <br />— 0.5 unit on each roadway. For commercial/multifamily properties are assessed on a front foot <br />basis. Project funding for Commercial was reviewed along with assessments policies. The <br />project schedule was presented. Residents can sign up to receive email and/or text message <br />project status updates by visiting the project webpage located under Government then Projects <br />on the City's website at htt s://savmn.com. <br />Councilmember Randle stated he received a text from someone walking their dog around the <br />pond by Central Park and saw a flag and asked if this was part of the project. Ms. Koscielak <br />stated the County is doing some native grass installations at Central Park and Silver Point Park. <br />Mayor Webster opened the public hearing at 7:37 p.m. <br />a. Resolution 25-032 — Ordering Improvements for the 2025 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project. <br />
