CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-033 <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING ITEMS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING SALE <br />AND/OR DISPOSAL <br />WHEREAS, Saint Anthony Village Wine & Spirits has been assigned the responsibility of <br />rebranding and remodeling its existing municipal retail liquor store locations; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has identified items in the Marketplace Store that are no longer needed, <br />including shelving, signage, miscellaneous equipment and furniture; and <br />WHEREAS,it has been determined to be in the public interest to offer them for sale via public <br />auction or otherwise disposed of. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota declares the items as surplus and authorizes their sale at auction or disposed <br />of with proceeds to be placed into the liquor store fund. <br />Approved this 28th day of April, 2026. <br />_________________________________________ <br /> Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:___________________________ <br /> Nicole DeDeyn, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _________________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager
