From Comprehensive Plans and Zoning Ordinance Updates to Small Area and Transporta- <br />tion Plans, we help communities achieve their goals. The following pages showcase some of our recent <br />work, including projects completed by TC2 planners while with other consulting firms. <br />PROJECT EXAMPLES <br />Project Description: <br />TC2 was established after the 2018 Comprehensive Plan cycle. However, our staff played an <br />integral role in leading and facilitating various updates throughout the region. Our team led <br />full Comprehensive Plans, completed technical analysis, and led the development of specific <br />elements for communities across the metro. We are currently leading 2050 updates in Apple <br />Valley, Richfield, and Rogers. <br />2040 Metropolitan Council <br />Plan Updates <br />Location: Twin Cities, MN <br />Client: Various Cities and Counties <br />Dates of Involvement: 2016 to 2019 <br />Comprehensive Plan Examples <br />TC2 staff have played an active role in the last three Comprehensive Plan cycles, beginning with the <br />1998 cycle. Since then, the team has contributed to a broad range of plans for the Met Council, including <br />the Regional Solicitation Before and After Study and updates to Transportation <br />Policy Plan goals.
