Consider Resolution 05-096., re: appointing Planning Commission members. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to adopt Resolution 05- <br />096, re: appointing Planning Commission members. <br />Motion carried unanimously® <br />D. Approving the Union Contracts including salaries and benefit packages for 2006 and <br />2007. <br />i. Resolution 05-097; re: contract with Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., <br />Local No. 186. <br />Mr. Mornson reviewed the resolution with the Council and indicated that this ratifies the <br />union contract between Law Enforcement Labor Services Inc., Local No. 186 and the <br />City of St. Anthony for 2006 and 2007. He added this is a two-year contract with a 3.5% <br />wage increase each year, an insurance increase in 2006 of $40.00 and in 2007 of $50.00, <br />and a uniform allowance increase. He noted in Article 15, first paragraph, the employer <br />contribution. should read $660.00 per month for 2006 and $710.00 per month for 2007. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Thuesen, to adopt <br />Resolution 05-097, re: contract with Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., Local No. <br />186. <br />Motion carried unanimous y® <br />ii. Resolution 05-098; re: contract with International Union of Operating Engineers, <br />Local No. 49. <br />Mr. Mornson reviewed the resolution with the Council and indicated that this ratifies the <br />union contract between International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 49 and the <br />City of St. Anthony for 2006 and 2007. He added this is a two-year contract with a 3.5% <br />wage increase each year, an insurance increase in 2006 of $40.00 and in 2007 of $50.00, <br />a change to stand-by instead of call back, and a re-establishment of the Labor <br />Management Committee. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to adopt <br />Resolution 05-098, re: contract with International Union of Operating Engineers, Local <br />No. 49. <br />Motion., carried unanimously® <br />iii.
