Subd. 2. Part-time Ernplo�yees. whenever an employee works for a period less than the <br />regularly established number of hours a day, days a week or weeks a month, the amount <br />paid shall bear a reasonable (but not necessarily proportional) relationship to the full -tune <br />rate for the position as the time actually worked bears to the time required for full-time <br />service. Part-time employees are not entitled to U�Ir >nntra9 =r^^�+4r.Y, 1�� personal time <br />off, holidays with pay or any other benefits, other than those benefits required under <br />federal or state law. <br />S . 3. Overtime. For all non-exempt employees as defined by the Fair Labor <br />Stan ds .Act, forty (40) hours shall constitute a normal work week and all h worked <br />in exce of 40 hours shall be overtime and will be compensated for at one d one-half <br />times the Mar rate of pay. Pay Days.
