Subd. 2. Part-time Ernplo�yees. whenever an employee works for a period less than the regularly established number of hours a day, days a week or weeks a month, the amount paid shall bear a reasonable (but not necessarily proportional) relationship to the full -tune rate for the position as the time actually worked bears to the time required for full-time service.
