AGREEMENT <br />Between <br />St. Anthony -New Brighton School District #282 <br />And <br />The City of St. Anthony <br />Independent School District #282 hereby agrees to administer and operate a citywide <br />recreation program for the City of St. Anthony effective January 1, 2007, through <br />December 31, 2008, for an annual payment of $52,175 from the City of St. Anthony. <br />Community Services will plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive <br />citywide recreation program that will meet the needs of area residents. These services <br />will include the following: identifying community recreational needs, developing, <br />budgeting, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating these programs and services. <br />Additionally, all staff necessary to operate the programs will be employed, supervised, <br />and evaluated through the Community Services Department. This service also <br />provides for the scheduling of all city -owned facilities except those in the Community <br />Center. <br />The Advisory Council will play a vital role in setting the direction of Community <br />Services. It is committed to providing all residents lifelong learning opportunities <br />through educational, recreational, social, and cultural programs and services, and <br />works within parameters established by the School Board.
