Mayor, Council, and City Staff <br />November 20, 2006 <br />Page 3 <br />Task 5: Develop Discussion of Financial Considerations: <br />Implementation of the proposed regulatory controls, programs. and improvements that are <br />identified in this Plan will have a financial impact on the City. To establish how significant <br />this impact will be, a review of the means and ability of the City to fund these controls, <br />programs and improvements is necessary. Alternative financing options available to the <br />City will also be explored. <br />Task 6. Prepare Final Report <br />As part of this task, a final draft Plan will be prepared and reviewed with the City Staff and <br />City Council. Once reviewed by the City, the Plan will be submitted to the following <br />agencies for review: <br />• Ramsey Conservation District <br />• Rice Creek Watershed District <br />• Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization <br />• Metropolitan Council <br />Once comments and approvals are received, the Plan will be adjusted and submitted to the City <br />Council for approval and adoption. <br />Following approval of the plan by the City Council, WSB & Associates, Inc. will provide 10 copies <br />of the final Comprehensive Water Resource Management Plan in paper and electronic format. <br />WSB & Associates, Inc. proposes to complete the update of St. Anthony's Water Resource <br />Management Plan for a cost of approximately $26,500. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at 763-287-7182. <br />Sincerely, <br />WSB & Associates, Inc. <br />1 Z�1 <br />Todd E.
