The total cost to reconstruct the remaining streets in St. Anthony Village with concrete
increases the overall capital improvement budget by approximately $5,050,000. These
funds would need to be raised in a combination of assessments and General Fund
contributions to the Street Reconstruction budget.
In addition to the costs associated with reconstructing the streets, a number of intangible values
associated with each of the pavement types were discussed. A pavement comparison question and
answer summary regarding some of these intangible values is attached in the Appendix.
Street Reconstruction Task Force Findings Report Page 5
November 13, 2008
WSB Project No. 1626.03
