57 <br />1325.03 Bureau of Fire Prevention. <br />Subd. 1. Enforcement. The Code will be enforced by the Bureau under the supervision <br />of the Fire Chief. <br />Subs 2 Assistants. .,.tams T ,e Fico Chic£ mal appoint rxiembers of the Fire Departirtent as <br />Assistant InspeEt01-8 tziiC Bureau. <br />1325.04 Fire Marshal. <br />Subd. I. Office of Fire Marshal. There is hereby established as part of the Fire <br />Department, the `Office of Fire Marshal', which will be operated ander the supervision of <br />the Fire Chief. <br />Subd. 2. Members. The Fire Chief will designate one qualified member of the City's fire <br />fighters as Fire Marshal. The Fire Chief may assign members of the Fire Department to <br />the Bureau as "Inspectors", as the chief deems necessary to assist in carrying out the <br />duties of the Office of Fire Marshal. <br />Subd. 3. Duties. The Fire Marshal will be responsible for enforcement of the Code. <br />Subd. 4. Reports. The City Fire Marshal will submit a written report to the City <br />Manager in March of each year. The report must contain all proceedings undertaken by <br />the Office of Fire Marshal under the Code during the preceding calendar year. This <br />report may include any statistics as the Fire Chief or City Manager desires. <br />1325.05 Establishment of Various Districts• Routes and Fire Lanes. <br />Subd. 1. Flammable Liquids. The limits referred to in the Mf3FC MSFC in which <br />storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, will include the <br />entin-�. those areas of Zones R and RIO. <br />Subd. 2. Routes for Vehicles Transporting Explosives. The routes referred to in the <br />MUFC MSFC for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents, are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />(a) Hennepin County Highway 88 <br />(b) County Road C, east of Hennepin County Highway 88 <br />(c) Anthony Lane. <br />Subd. 3. Routes for Vehicles Transporting Hazardous Chemicals. Motor vehicle routes <br />for vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals or dangerous articles, as described in the <br />WTC MSFC, are hereby established as follows: <br />(a) Hennepin County Highway 88 <br />(b) County Road C, east of Hennepin County Highway 88 <br />(c) Anthony Lane. <br />
