'-Berger Transfer <br />Moves to 5t. <br />Anthony Village <br />Berger Transfer & Storage, <br />Inc., has announced the start <br />of construction of a modern, <br />fireproof warehouse located at <br />3712 Fairfield Drive, St. An- <br />thony village, <br />The construction will be a <br />one - story concrete - black <br />building with a brick front, It <br />will contain 15,000 square feet <br />of warehouse space, a 4,000 <br />square -foot maintenance shop <br />and 2,000 square feet of office <br />space. <br />The four and one-half acres <br />purchased by the company <br />will provide ample space for <br />expansion and parking. <br />R. D. Dircks, presidentand <br />owner, states he hopes to be <br />able to occupy the new facility <br />by January 1, 1000. This date <br />will colneide with the fiftieth <br />anniversary of the founding <br />of the ,company, which is a <br />pioneer in the household goods <br />and office -moving industry, <br />as well as originators of un - <br />crated delivery service of new <br />furniture in this area. <br />The move ftom its present <br />location, Sad Lincoln St. N.
