Mayor Faust noted that Resolution 13-001 designates Councilmember Stille as Mayor Pro 'Tem for 2013, Resolution 13-002 specifies that the City Manager, Finance Director, and Mayor are authorized to make certain financial transactions on behalf of the City, Resolution 13-003 designates US Bank, N.A. of St. Anthony as the official depository for City funds, Resolution 13-004 designates the St. Anthony Bulletin as the City's official newspaper, Resolutions 13-005, 13-006, 13-007, 13-008, and 13-009 designates the Mayor and City Councilmembers as participants in outside organizations, Resolution 13-010 adopts standing rules of conduct for City Council meetings and these rules represent the same rules followed in previous years, Resolution 13-011 adopts the travel policy for elected officials and the policy has not changed, Resolution 13-012 designates Mr. Steve Carlson of Hedbeck, Arnt, Kohl and Carlson as the prosecuting attorney for the City, and Resolution 13-013 approves the 2013 salary for the City Manager. Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the Consent Agenda items. IV. PUBLIC HEARING. None. V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. None. VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. Motion carried unanimously.
