Facilities, Coverage Areas, <br /> <br />FACILITIES <br />The St. Anthony Fire Station was built in 2004. It is a one story <br />structure with intergrated training props in the hose tower. The <br />station has 3 separate dorm rooms which contain 2 lockers in each <br />for the 6 career firefighters for uniform and personal belongings <br />storage. Dorms were designed to also accomodate for mixed shifts <br />of male and female firefighters. <br />EQUIPMENT <br />• 2011 - Chief Vehicle - Ford Pickup (3 years old) <br />• 2005 - Rescue 11 - Ford Utility Pickup - Main vehicle used for <br />medicals, non-fire related calls, inspections, public education <br />and general usage. (6 years old) <br />• 2000 HME Engine - E12 -This is used as our primary spring, <br />summer and fall pumper. (14 years old) <br />• 1998 Sterling Engine - E11- This is used as our primary winter <br />pumper. (16 years old) <br />• 1991 Step Van - U11 - Utility Truck with an air cascade <br />system. Specialized equipment and incident command vehicle. <br />(23 years old) <br />• 1985 General Safety Engine- E13 - This is our third out pumper <br />(29 years old) <br />• 2012 FEMA Grant Purchases: <br />and Equipment <br />• Genesis Vehicle Extrication Equipment <br />• 15 sets of turnout gear <br />• 28 structural firefighting boots <br />• LUCAS 2 Chest Compression System - money raised by the <br />SAFDRA (St. Anthony Fire Department Relief Association), <br />City of St. Anthony, and a grant from the Minnesota <br />Resuscitation Consortium.
