Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Jeff Maas <br />Jeff Maas was hired by the City of Hugo on July 24, 2006 as a Public Works Worker and has <br />worked for eight years in the Public Works Department. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved the annual performance review for Public Works Worker Jeff Maas. <br />Approve Special Event Permit for Christ Lutheran 5K Run/Walk on August 16, 2014 <br />Christ Lutheran Church has applied for a Special Event Permit for their Round the Corner Race, <br />which is a 5K run/walk on Saturday, August 16, 2014. This run/walk will begin and end at their <br />new church site on Rosemary Way. There is expected to be approximately 50-75 participants. <br />Proceeds will go to startup costs for the Cornerstone Early Learning Center. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the Special Event Permit for the Round the Corner Race for Christ <br />Lutheran Church. <br />Approve Special Event Permit for Wilson Tool Picnic on August 91 2014 <br />Wilson Tool has applied for a Special Event Permit for their annual Wilson Tool Company <br />Picnic on Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. — 4:00 p.m. at the Hugo Lions Park. This is <br />a private event with an expected attendance of 600-1000 current and retired employees of Wilson <br />Tool and their families. Food and alcohol will be served free of charge to the attendees. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Special Event Permit for the Wilson Tool <br />Company Picnic on August 9, 2014 at the Hugo Lions Park. <br />
