Approval of Claims <br />2. Approve Annual Performance Review for Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse <br />3. Approve Retirement of Bill Buystedt from the Hugo Fire Department <br />4. Approve Purchase of Dupre Property for CSAH 7/8 Right -of -Way <br />5. Approve JPA with Washington County for Code Red <br />6. Approve Tobacco License for Steve and Linda Krueger dba Ebacco, LLC <br />7. Approve Minor Subdivision for Patrick Rooney at 12548 Keller Avenue North <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse <br />The City of Hugo hired Anna Wobse as the City's new Accounting Clerk on October 27, 2008. <br />Over the past six years, Anna has worked under the direction of Finance Director Ron Otkin in <br />accounts payable and payroll functions. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual <br />performance review for Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse. <br />Approve Retirement of Bill Buystedt from the Hugo Fire Department <br />Fire Fighter Bill Buystedt has submitted his letter of resignation after 23 years and 4 months on <br />the Hugo Fire Department. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the resignation of Bill <br />Buystedt, effective November 1, 2014. <br />Bronk made motion, Haas seconded, to invite Bill and his family to a future meeting to recognize <br />him for over 23 years of service on the Fire Department. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approve Purchase of Dupre Property for CSAH 7/8 Right -of -Way <br />At the May 13 and 20, 2013 meetings, Council discussed the portion of CSAH 8 that was not <br />reconstructed as part of the CSAH 7 and 8 improvements because the 400 -foot long section was <br />to be realigned. City staff and Washington County worked with the property owners, David and <br />Patricia Dupre, on obtaining right -of way for the realignment of County Road 8 and had <br />negotiated a purchase price based on $15,000 per acre for an approximately .49 acre easement. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2014- 33 AUTHORIZING THE <br />PURCHASE OF .49 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT CSAH 7/8 INTERSECTION <br />FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br />
