Motion carried. Approval of Claims Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Matt Klein Public Works Worker Matt Klein was hired by the City of Hugo on August 27, 2012. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Matt Klein. Approve Final Pay Request Municipal Builders, Inc for Well House No. 6 The City has the final pay request from Municipal Builders, Inc. for work on Well House No. 6. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff and City Engineer Jay Kennedy have reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed on the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the final pay request from Municipal Builders, Inc. in the amount of $40,734.98 for work completed on Well No. 6. Approve Temporary Liquor License for the Lions Good Neighbor Harvest Fest on September 14, 2013 The Hugo Lions Club has submitted an application for a temporary liquor license to sell beer at the Good Neighbor Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 14, 2013. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Temporary Liquor License for the Good Neighbor Harvest Fest.
