Approve Annual Performance Review for Parks Planner Shayla Severson On May 11, 2009, the City Council approved the hiring of Shayla Syverson as the Economic Development/Parks Intern, and on May 3, 2010, Council approved promoting Shayla as the new Parks Planner. Shayla works with the Parks Commission and the Public Works Department on the development of uses within the City parks, as well as other recreational activities and programs. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Parks Planner Shayla Syverson. Approve Renewal of 2 a.m. Liquor License for Sal's Angus Grill Sal's Angus Grill, 12010 Keystone Avenue North, has applied to the City for renewal of its 2:00 a.m. closing time. City staff has reviewed the application and found it to be satisfactorily complete. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the application for a 2:00 a.m. closing time for Sal's Angus Grill. Approve Special Event Permit for the 31d Annual Sarah's Daisv Dash on June 2, 2012 Elena Reicher has applied for a Special Event Permit for the Third Annual Sarah's Daisy Dash to be held on June 2, 2012, beginning in Lions Park. This is a fund raising event to celebrate the life of Sarah Condon Mitzuk, who was tragically killed in 2009. Proceeds will go to Feed My Starving Children, which provides meals to families around the world. The event includes a 5K run/walk, and a %2 mile Lady Bug Kids Run. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Annual Sarah's Daisy Dash on June 2, 2012. Approve Replacement of Overhead Lines — Xcel Energy Xcel Energy Inc. requested to rebuild and replace a transmission overhead power line (69kV) in Hugo, including the installation of a distribution line (34.5kV) underbuild below the transmission line. The project starts on CSAH 8 west of Victor Hugo Boulevard and runs through the Water's Edge development to the substation on Highway 61. There are two sets of poles running parallel in the area proposed for the project in Hugo; one transmission line and one distribution line. The project includes the installation of a distribution line underbuild below the transmission line, and the other distribution line will remain. One set of existing poles will be removed and replaced with new poles. The poles will be wooden like the existing poles. The project meets the requirements to allow the lines to be replaced above ground because the lines are high voltage at 69kV for the
