Debra stated they did not receive response from more than 50% of the residents in Hugo, Lino Lakes, and Centerville; therefore, will not qualify for the lower mailing rates. Starting with the next edition, The Citizen will only be delivered to those who have requested it, and the new e -edition will be on their website. The paper is also available in racks located in 13 area businesses. Residents wanting to have it delivered can still request it by mail, on The Citizen website, or by calling 651-407-1200. Approve Adoption of Minnesota Snow and Ice Control Handbook At its June 18, 2012 meeting, the City approved a Memorandum of Agreement for a Salt Brine Cost Share Program with the City of Centerville, Circle Pines, Columbus, Lexington, and Lino Lakes to implement a Sodium Chloride Management Project.
